JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2025 The present petition has been filed for restoring a review petition bearing Civil Review No.48 of 2020, which has stood dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 26.10.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account inadvertence, the defects could not be removed within the peremptory time. The fact remains that the same have already stood removed, hence a sympathetic view be taken and

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into consideration the averments made in the present petition, though I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoration of the aforesaid review petition bearing Civil Review No.48 of 2020 to its original file, however, subject to registry verifying as to whether all the defects have stood removed or not.

4. The present restoration petition is disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
