JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks bail in Udwantnagar P. S. Case No.21 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. In the written report there is specific allegation against this petitioner of causing fire arm injury to father-in-law of the informant from close range on account of which he became unconscious and subsequently died.

Postmortem report has been received along with case diary, wherein, doctor has found firearm injury on the person of the deceased.

In aforesaid circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The prayer for bail of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75983 of 2018(3) dt.27-02-2019 2/2 the petitioner stands rejected.
