The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Teghra P.S. Case No.192 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The gist of the allegation as alleged by Rajesh Kumar, Assistant Superintendent of Post Office, Begusarai is that on 04.07.2016 Ramadhar Prasad Singh (ad-hoc Dy. Dakpal of SubPost Office, Barauni Deorhi) by using unauthorized password of Md. Shamsad Ahmad (Assistant Post-Master of Sub-Post Office, Lakhminia) transferred the amount of Rs.4,40,000/- in the account of another person for the purpose of illegal withdrawal of money.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it was bona fide mistake. The petitioner did not intentionally transfer

No.85258 of 2019(4) dt.04-09-2020 2/2 any amount to another account, but it appears that the petitioner after hacking the computer of Assistant Post Master of Sub-Post Office, Lakhminia and using his password transferred Rs,4,40,000/- to another account for the purpose of illegal withdrawal of money.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
