2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 219 of 2025 instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 74, 351(2), 352(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have outraged the modesty of the victim girl.
4. From the injury report produced by the informant, it appears that the injured has suffered one bruise.
5. The allegation of outraging the modesty of Soni Kumari appears to be addition just to make the case serious.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,1st Rohtas at Sasaram/ concerned Court in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 219 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS/ 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
