The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 419, 465, 468, 471, 472, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner fraudulently managed to get selected in the P.T. and main written examination. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. On the place of the petitioner, some other person was giving the examination. The petitioner had no knowledge regarding the same. Other co-

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sunil Kumar Singh No.3, Sub Judge XIV-cum-A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. case No.626 of 2019.
