Petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 111 of 2019 arising out of Bhabua P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019 registered under Sections 363 and 364(A) of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected on 11.09.2019 vide Cr. Misc. No. 37534 of 2019 on merit. Further submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that although petitioner is accused in six other cases, but out of them, in three cases, he is acquitted and in two cases, final form has already been submitted, as detailed in paragraph-3 of the bail application.

No.79749 of 2019(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-V, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Sessions Trial No. 111 of 2019 arising out of Bhabua P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019.
