JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State. The father of the petitioner was a sweeper in P.G. Hostel under Patna University. He died in harness on 20.09.2016. The petitioner applied for compassionate appointment on 01.03.2017. The matter is pending before the University and no decision has been taken on the request of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.
