Mr.Rana Randhir Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-12-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 63 of 2019 (G.R. No. 1639 of 2019) for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27, 25 (1-B)a, 26 and 37 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the petitioners herein having assaulted the informant and his family members and specific allegation is upon the coaccused persons, namely, Amit Yadav and Lalan Yadav who are also alleged to have fired upon the informant resulting in

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are ladies and have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that a general and omnibus allegation has been levelled as far as the petitioners are concerned and there is no specific allegation of any sort of overt act as far as the petitioners are concerned. The petitioners are stated to be having clean antecedents.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019 (G.R. No. 1639 of 2019), subject to the conditions as stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
