The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already given "no objection certificate", hence, his name be expunged from the record. It is directed, accordingly.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the contemnors submits that the order of this Court dated 09.07.2019, passed in CWJC No.13714 of 2019, has already stood complied with, inasmuch as the encroachment has already been removed by the District Administration with the help of police force on 30.10.2020 and the same has also been videographed.

This Court is satisfied that the order of
