The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that during enquiry it was found that petitioner being Office Assistant of DDC, Munger talked about taking money for giving clean chit to certain persons during enquiry and consequently, FIR has been registered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no accusation of receiving any bribe and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent. Learned APP submits that during enquiry it was found that the petitioner asking for money from certain persons. Considering the nature of accusation and statement being made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 312 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
