2. The modification application has been filed for modifying order dated 17.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.66111 of 2022, as the petitioner could not surrender within the period prescribed by this Court, vide order dated 17.05.2023 and now he seeks for extension of time to surrender before the learned district court.

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions, as well as, the reasons assigned in the modification application, this Court directs the petitioner to surrender before the learned district court on 29.04.2024.

4. In case of failure, this order shall lose its force.
