The instance application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 563 of 2020 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 307, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, the application for bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 12.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50238 of 2023.

In pursuance to the direction of the Court, a Report with regard to present stage of trial has been received on 20.01.2024, from which it appears that, case is pending for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1629 of 2024(3) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 evidence, seven witnesses have examined till now and rest six prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined, And trial Court had sought six months more time to conclude the trial. No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is rejected.

The bail application stands disposed of.

However, learned trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial within stipulated period of time i.e. six months which is mentioned in its report, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail application. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Manishkr/- U T
