Petitioner's claim in the instant proceedings is for grant of benefit under Assured Career Progression. From the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no.4 and Annexures C and D thereto, it appears that benefits of first and second ACP have been allowed to the petitioner as far back as in the year 2011 itself.
Counsel for the petitioner further submits that financial benefit consequent thereto has not been made available
Patna High Court CWJC No.391 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 to the petitioner till date.
If that be so, this court would direct that in light of Annexures C and D of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no.4 authorities should ensure financial benefit arising therefrom are made available to the petitioner, within eight weeks from receipt/production of a copy of this order. Writ petition stands disposed of.
