The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Benipatti P.S.Case No.141 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A, 304B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of subjecting the informant of cruelty and harassment with respect to demand of dowry.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is mother-in-law and no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and the husband is in custody. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1710 of 2019(2) dt.01-02-2019 2/2 in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti in connection with Benipatti P.S.Case No.141 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
