2. The present petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceeding against contemnor against the order dated 04.03.2021 passed in CWJC No. 700 of 2020.

3. A show cause on behalf of the opposite party no.5 is on record. According to which vide memo no.1581 dated 08.06.2022, the claim has been rejected.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted liberty to file a writ petition challenging the said order.

5. Granting such liberty, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
