This petition is being filed for direction to the concerned authorities to pay the compensation to the petitioner for the land acquired for widening of National High Way -2 for which the Gazette notification has been issued in the year 2010 and neither notice to this effect has been issued nor compensation has been paid though the land in question is proposed to be acquired in the year 2010 and new notification for extra land in the year 2015 with all statutory benefits by initiating fresh proceeding under the National High Way Act as

3. Learned counsel for the State pointed out that the gazette notification of the year 2010 and the petitioner is now moving before this Court in the year 2018.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she resides outside the district and as such, the delay occurred.

5. Learned counsel for the State pointed out that no details relating to said statement as to where the lady reside is available in the writ petition.

6. In the aforesaid background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be given liberty to approach the appropriate authority.

7. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
