2. In this present case, the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 410 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, from the house of petitioner and co-accused, a large number of firearms and ammunitions were recovered. Further recovery of cash amounting to Rs. 5,26,000/- and mobile phone were made from the same house. Co-accused persons were apprehended from the spot and the petitioner fled away from the spot.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been

Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the person or possession of this petitioner who stays in a house separate from other co-accused persons. Petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence and he was apprehended in this case being the brother of co-accused. Learned counsel further submits that there is complete violation of Section 100 of Cr.P.C. Petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2024 and charge-sheet has been submitted. Petitioner is having antecedent of three cases and he is on bail in all the cases.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the submission made on behalf of the petitioner.
6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the period of custody of the petitioner along with submission of charge-sheet, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JMFC, Danapur/concerned court in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 410 of 2024, subject to the conditions mentioned in Section 480(3) of the B.N.S.S. and other following conditions:

(ii) The petitioner will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below.
(iii) In case of absence on three consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, the bail bond of the petitioner will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
