1. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code 3/ 4 of the D. P Act.
2. It is a case of commission of torture and harassment due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry .
3. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the victim. She is separate in mess and property. Allegation is general and omnibus against the petitioner. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim who has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 30.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 1528 of 2024. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Sakri P.S.
