JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Yogapatti (Sanichari) P.S. Case No. 255 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation of recovery of nine liter of illicit liquor during patrolling and search of police party. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. He is named in the F.I.R. only on the basis of suspicion, having no criminal antecedent. He is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Yogapatti (Sanichari) P.S.
