2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kajraili P.S. Case No. 47 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 (B), 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, accused persons came to the house of the informant and started abusing to all the family members of the informant. It is further alleged that the petitioner assaulted her by fist & slap.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. There is only allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the informant with fist blow and except that there is no specific

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Kajraili P.S. Case No. 47 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC.
