The petitioners seek bail in connection with Dewadha P.S. Case No. 118 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The contention raised on behalf of the applicant is that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. They are in custody since 04.10.2018.

In view of the above contention on behalf of the applicants, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail/bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with
