2. Learned APP for the State has assisted the Court.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in Sarai PS Case No. 305 of 2019 dated 26.08.2019 instituted under Sections 30(a)/35(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

4. The allegation against the petitioner and two others is of dealing in the trade of illicit liquor.

5. Learned APP submitted that altogether 883 litres of foreign made liquor, which is a huge quantity, has been recovered in numerous cartons, which was being made ready for transportation. It was submitted that 3-4 persons were indulging in the same and when the police came they ran away and one person

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79692 of 2019 dt.19-12-2019 2/2 was caught who revealed about the petitioner dealing in such business.

6. Having considered the aforesaid, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
