JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "i) For issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the Memo No.918 dated 14.10.2023 issued under signature of Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad Jhajha whereby and whereunder appointment of petitioner has been cancelled in the midway of contract/agreement without assigning any reason and without issuing any notice or information to petitioner which was mandatory under the agreement and thus order is bad illegal and liable to set aside. ii) For issuance of appropriate writ in

Patna High Court CWJC No.1563 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 the nature of mandamus seeking direction to Respondent to settle the claim raised by petitioner in his Representation and dispose of the same and pay the entire amount which the petitioner has worked for and entitled for."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
