Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code & 27 of Arms Act.
Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation against nine person, co-accused-Kundan Kumar was allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.70724 of 2018.
Hence, considering the judicial discipline, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jehanabad
