1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Bimlesh Kumar Pandey, learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 148 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had earlier moved this Court seeking regular bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 57677 of 2024 and the same was permitted to be withdrawn by an order dated 25.10.2024 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner have been framed on 23.11.2024

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1858 of 2025(2) dt.24-01-2025 2/2 (Annexure-6) to the regular bail application. It is next submitted that petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant oppose the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Yogapatti (Sanichari) P.S. Case No. 28 of 2024.

7. However, it is made clear that if the learned Trial Court comes to a conclusion that petitioner, after his release, is trying to delay the trial in any manner, in that event the learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner forthwith after recording reasons.
