2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Phulwarisharif (Jainpur O.P) P.S Case No. 1104 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, one country made pistol without magazine was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case because he had defied the work orders of sanitary. It is also

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR, impugned order dated 18.11.2025, it appears that there is no independent witness to the seizure list. Moreover, petitioner possesses clean antecedent. So, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. (Jainpur O.P) P.S Case No. 1104 of 2025.
