JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-06-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has died during the pendency of the present writ petition, however he is unable to contact the legal heirs, hence the writ petition may be disposed off with liberty to the legal heirs to approach the concerned authority for redressal of the subsisting grievances, in case they so desire. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off, however with liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner to agitate their grievances, in accordance with law.
