JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-03-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Agiaon Bazar P. S. Case No.69 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the I.P.C.

Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and no specific overt act has been attributed against him in written report of the informant.

Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 21.07.2019 and the investigation against him has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83133 of 2019(4) dt.17-03-2020 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Agiaon Bazar P. S. Case No.69 of 2019.
