2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No. 643 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126, 115(2), 352 & 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. From the reading of the FIR, it appears to be a case of consensual sex.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as the learned
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1502 of 2025(3) dt.09-04-2025 2/2 counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No. 643 of 2024.
8. This application for bail stands allowed.
