The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 19 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 376(D), 376(2)(i) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012. Considering the nature of allegation, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of bail is rejected.
