2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sigori P. S. Case No. 134/2023 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 149, 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner along with other accused persons armed with iron rod, pistol, sword etc., assaulted the informant and others due to which three persons sustained grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to petty dispute, an altercation took place between the parties in

Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and there is no allegation of specific overt act against petitioner. Case and counter case. Petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2024. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Sigori P. S. Case No. 134/2023.
