JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2019 The petitioner seeks to challenge the order, dated 02.05.2010 passed by the Judicial Member, Lok Adalat, Madhepura, in Title Suit No.23 of 2010, in the present writ application filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India of the Constitution of India.
In my view, this writ application, questioning the award of Lok Adalat, cannot be maintained under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
This application is accordingly dismissed.
