In the present writ application, the following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner : 1(a) For the direction of order/orders in nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent to initiate a proceeding under the provisions of Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act against the Respondents No.5 and 6.
(b) For the direction of order/orders commanding the District Revenue authority to initiate a proceeding for the cancellation Jamabandi created in the name of Smt. Bhama Sah respondent No.6.
Patna High Court CWJC No.24796 of 2018(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 The petitioner had filed a representation vide Annexure-4 for redressal of his grievance before the Respondent No.2 i.e. District Magistrate, Khagaria. The said representation is pending till date.
The Respondent No.2 i.e. District Magistrate, Khagaria is directed to dispose of the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner in accordance with law giving opportunity to all the necessary parties within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
