2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"That this application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions in the nature of mandamus or writs, order or orders for directing the Respondent Authorities No. 1 to 5 for providing accommodation and peaceful possession to the petitioner and her husband in their ancestral house situated in Village-Churamanpur, District-Buxar, pertaining to Khata No. 251 and

Patna High Court CWJC No.1057 of 2024(3) dt.01-02-2024 2/2 take suitable action against Respondents No. 6 to 9 who are sons and daughter-in-law, as both the petitioner and her Husband who are senior citizens have been forcefully ousted from their ancestral house by them nad for passing of any other order in accordance with law."

3. The Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Buxar has appeared virtually and has informed this Court that on the application of the petitioner, Case No. 42 of 2023-24 has been registered and the same shall be disposed of within a month from today. The petitioner will co-operate in the disposal of the case.

4. This application is disposed of.

5. The virtual appearance of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Buxar is dispensed with.
