2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for modification of the part of the order dated 26.11.2025 passed by this Court Vide Cr.Misc 46930 of 2025 in Sandeep Sharma v/s state of Bihar by which the petitioner was granted privilege of anticipatory bail and by which this Hon'ble Court pleased to order that " in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87832 of 2025(2) dt.19-12-2025 2/3 sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Rosera in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 71 of 2025"

3. That it is humbly stated here that due to typographical error in the Para 1 and the prayer portion of the main bail application instead of SDJM, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur, it has been mentioned as SDJM, Rosera which is not correct but the correct one is SDJM, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur.

That it is humbly stated here that due to above mentioned typographical error in the main bail application, in the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in the Satisfaction part instead of SDJM, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur, SDJM, Rosera has been mentioned and due to which the Petitioner is not able to furnish bail bond.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87832 of 2025(2) dt.19-12-2025 3/3 fault lies with it for which he intends to pay Rs.1000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee which may go to the Suvas Cell, Veerchand Patel Road Area, Patna, Bihar800001 for the purchase of journals/books/purchase of flower posts whichever is/are required.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, the order dated 26.11.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 46930 of 2025 stands modified inasmuch as in para-6, the same be read as follows: "to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur instead of learned S.D.J.M., Rosera."

5. This is subject to payment of Rs.1000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee in turn will go to the Suvas Cell, Veerchand Patel Road Area, Patna-800001.

6. The period of surrender is extended by four weeks from today.
