2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 401, 411, 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other criminals were caught riding a stolen motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2023, he is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., East, Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 175 of 2023 subject to the condition that:- 7(1)The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Siwaipatti, Muzaffarpur Police Station on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
