2. The petitioners have prayed for bail in connection with Bhadaur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80, 238, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The case of the prosecution in short is that Rinku Devi (deceased) was married to one Rahul Paswan. On 09.09.2025, a phone call was received that the deceased had been killed. When the informant reached the matrimonial house of the deceased, he found that the in-laws had fled away. It is further alleged that the marriage of the deceased was solemnized in the year 2022, and she was being subjected to cruelty on account of non-fulfillment of dowry demand of a bike and some cash and jewellery. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and the nature of allegation is general and omnibus. It has also been submitted that a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are languishing in judicial custody since 11.09.2025.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judiciail Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Bhadaur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2025.
