The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S.Case No.220 of 2018 dated 23.6.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 409, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner that she has committed fraud and appointed as the Panchayat Shiksha Mitra. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that an inquiry has been conducted and considering her as the Prakhand Teacher though she is working as Panchayat Shiksha Mitra as such without inquiry she has been made accused in this case.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1567 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, this application is dispsoed of with direction to surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order and on surrender she will be released on bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S.Case No.220 of 2018 till submission of the charge-sheet in the meantime, she will produce all the papers to the Investigating Officer, who will examined the same and if the charge-sheet is submitted against her she will surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
