The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. One Raju Paswan is said to have resorted firing on the father of the informant inflicting injury to him on the exhortation of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. He has been falsely implicated in this case merely because petitioner had performed marriage of his daughter with one Dhirendra Paswan with whom informant had performed marriage of his sister as adumbrated in the F.I.R. itself.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83061 of 2019(2) dt.16-12-2019 2/2 Informant does not happen to be eye witness of the occurrence. Petitioner does not happen to be assailant. He has no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 21.08.2019.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 21 of 2019.
