2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauni P.S.Case No.375 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The dead body of the deceased was recovered . Subsequently the nephew of the deceased has named the petitioner and suspected his hand. The petitioner is said to have made confession .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2023. He has two criminal antecedents. Except the confession, there is no material against the petitioner on the record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail after framing of charge of Barauni police station case on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Barauni P.S.Case No. 375 of 2023 subject to the condition that he will co-operate in the trail.
