The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 559 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation in the FIR, the informant parked his motorcycle at his door and went inside the house and when he came out, he found that his motorcycle had stolen by someone. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and nothing has been recovered from his possession, rather he was arrested only on the basis of suspicion.
