JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-10-2024 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that the order of this Court dated 18.10.2022, passed in CWJC No. 9179 of 2020, has stood complied with, inasmuch as the Circle Officer, Majorganj, had already issued notices under Section 6(2) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, on 15.6.2024 to the encroachers, directing them to remove the encroachment, whereafter, with the help of police force, the encroachment has stood removed on 16.8.2024.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some part of the encroachment is still remaining to be removed as also some portion of his property has been demolished, hence, he be granted liberty to approach the

Patna High Court MJC No.33 of 2024(3) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
