2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No.214 of 2024 instituted under Sections 366A, 363/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date of occurrence at about 2 o'clock in the night, the F.I.R. named accused persons including petitioner kidnapped the informant's minor daughter.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner, aged about 19 years, is a student. He further submits that due to love affairs, the victim herself went to the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88927 of 2024(2) dt.08-01-2025 2/2 house of the petitioner, however, the grandfather of the petitioner brought her to the police station. The victim has not made any allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No.214 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
