2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pirbahore P. S. Case No. 599/2023 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of the occurrence, two unknown miscreants exploded two bombs on the gate of the cinema hall out of which one of the bombs exploded and the other could not explode.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired during course of investigation. Charge-sheet has already been

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.
