It is his case that petitioner No.2 has got constructed a house over a plot, which he acquired by virtue of partition in the family, in which petitioner No.1 was residing. It is the case of the petitioners that by use of force, petitioner No.1 has been thrown out from the
Patna High Court CWJC No.25119 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 house of petitioner No.2 by respondents No.9 to 12. Respondents No. 9 to 12 apparently belong to the same family. The petitioners are said to have approached the authorities against the act of the private respondents.
From the tenor of the application, it appears that there is a civil dispute. The petitioners have already approached the authorities by making representation. It will be open to them to pursue their case before the authorities or file a suit seeking appropriate relief.
This application stands disposed of.
