JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2025 The present modification petition has been preferred as to modify the condition no.2 of Cr. Misc. No.48574 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024 for the reason that the bailor namely, Mithilesh Thakur has died during the pendency of bail petition.

2. It is submitted that now the deponent of present modification petition, namely, Abhishek Kumar Thakur, who is the nephew of the petitioner, is ready to furnish the bail bond.

3. Considering the aforesaid, the condition no.2 of aforesaid Cr. Misc. No.48574 of 2024 stands modified and same be read as "one of the bailors shall be Abhishek Kumar Thakur, who is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1282 of 2025(2) dt.18-01-2025 2/2 the nephew of petitioner and deponent of the present modification petition". Same be modified and read accordingly.

4. With aforesaid modification, the present modification petition stands allowed and disposed of.
