2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in registered for the offences punishable under sections 363 , 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 4/6 of the POCSO Act. 3 As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant and victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr. P . C . has supported the prosecution case .
