It is contended on behalf of the applicant that in the present case, the whole prosecution is founded on mere suspicion. No overt act is attributed to the applicant and there is no corroborative evidence in support of the allegation levelled against him. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.09.2018.

Considering the above contention, let the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.294 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 above named be enlarged on bail on his furnishing the bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Sessions Judge, Darbhanga, in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 296 of 2011.
