JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 10-12-2019 The petitioners have sought a direction to the respondents to rectify and amend the voter list for the year 2019 for PACS society election for Nagdahan PACS. The aforesaid prayer has been made on the ground that respondent no. 6 has arbitrarily not included the names of 165 villagers, even though they had the qualification for becoming members of the PACS. In the event of election having been announced and the existence of provision of appeal, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition.
Should the petitioner prefer an appeal before the Registrar, Cooperatives within a period of three weeks, the same shall be considered on its own merits and shall be disposed of by a reasoned order within a further period of four weeks thereafter.
With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
