The petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 01.08.2023 passed in Sessions Trial No. 752/2022 arising out of Madhuban PS Case No. 166 of 2020 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XI, East Champaran, Motihari for the offence under Section 307 of the IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
